ABOUT THERELEE
A builder by conviction.
Technology entrepreneur. Institution builder. Educator. Strategist. Speaker.
The work has changed form. The purpose has remained constant.
For more than two decades, Therelee D. Washington II has helped leaders and organizations make technology practical, useful, and transformational. His experience spans enterprise strategy, cloud platforms, modern work, artificial intelligence, and the human realities of organizational change.
In 2008, he founded AgiliShare Solutions Group to help organizations translate technology into business progress. In 2014, he founded Texas Premier Technology Institute to expand access to industry-aligned technology education and career opportunity.
He was recognized by Marquis Who’s Who in 2020 and has shared his perspective through CIO Review and Good Morning Texas. Across every platform, his focus remains the same: building what can endure and opening paths for others to move forward.
FAITH · LEADERSHIP · GIVING BACK
Success is measured by what it makes possible for others.
Guided by his Christian faith, Therelee D. Washington II believes leadership is not measured solely by personal achievement, but by the opportunities created for others. Faith, family, resilience, and service have shaped both the institutions he has built and the purpose behind his work.
Together with Jazmin’s mother, Alicia Nicole Smith-Jones, he founded the Jazmin Fine Arts and Technology Scholarship in memory of their late daughter, Jazmin Chereese Washington. What began with laptop computers provided through churches and community organizations has grown into full-tuition opportunities at Texas Premier Technology Institute. Discover Jazmin’s legacy.
As a speaker, mentor, educator, and technology strategist, Therelee challenges people and organizations to think more intentionally about:
- Using vision, faith, and resilience to move through adversity
- Expanding opportunity through education and innovation
- Building sustainable pathways into technology careers
- Preparing people and institutions for an AI-driven future
- Ensuring technological progress benefits communities—not only corporations
Today, his work brings together technology entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence, workforce development, and career education. Through AgiliShare Solutions Group, Texas Premier Technology Institute, and his broader public leadership, he continues building practical pathways that help people participate in—and prosper through—the changing world of work.
